We’re the leading organisation in the UK focusing on intercultural education, training, and research.

Our main purpose is to build a strong network of intercultural practitioners in the UK with activities ranging from conferences, professional development, networking events, and job offers.

As a not-for-profit organisation, we’re solely run by a Board of volunteers who are experienced in and passionate about everything intercultural.

Our membership types

Choose from one of our five different types of membership – each is valid for 12 months from the date of joining.

  • Regular: Only £75 a year, this regular membership gets you all the membership benefits.
  • Student: If you’re still studying, we know money might be tight, so this membership costs you only £25 a year.
  • Non-UK resident: For supporters from abroad, we only charge £25 a year.
  • Corporate member: For only £200 a year, you get up to four employees to enjoy our membership benefits. See what companies are already SIETAR UK corporate members.
  • Academic institution: Join us for £300 a year and get up to four academic staff and unlimited student members to enjoy our membership benefits. See what academic institutions are already SIETAR UK academic institution members.
