The rapidly growing demand for intercultural experts requires a solid support system for those who wish to pursue a sustainable career as interculturalists.
SIETAR UK’s BOOST is a mentoring programme aiming to provide development opportunities for SIETAR UK members who would like to begin or advance their careers in the intercultural field.
Mentoring has many benefits for mentees and mentors alike. It has been proven by research and confirmed by participants of various mentoring programmes run by organisations and communities all over the world.
