Join us online, as we interview Lucy Butters, one of ten cultural intelligence master facilitators in the world and author of Cultural Intelligence in Practice. Expert Insights for trainers in a multicultural,globalised world.  In her recently published book, Lucy interviewed 11 cultural intelligence experts around the world, who use CQ in their approach developing others, to share their insights. Ask your questions about what she learned about the challenges of continuously developing our own cultural intelligence to improve our practice as trainers, coaches and educators who facilitate learning between and across cultures.
